Rice Pilaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick butter
    1 c. rice (not instant)
    1 can beef consomme
    1 can onion soup
Preparation
    Melt butter in casserole dish.
    Add rice and stir.
    Add beef consomme and onion soup.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour, covered.
    If desired, add mushrooms or green pepper or sausage.
