Sixty Minute Rolls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 1/2 to 4 1/2 c. flour
3 Tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 pack dry yeast (RapidRise)
1 c. milk
1/2 c. water
1/4 c. margarine
Preparation

Insert dough hooks into mixer. Thoroughly mix 1 1/2 cups flour, sugar, salt and undissolved yeast. Combine milk, water and margarine into saucepan and heat over low heat until liquids are warm; margarine doesn't have to melt. Gradually add to dry ingredients. Beat 2 minutes at medium speed. Scrape bowl occasionally. Add 1/2 cup of flour to make thick batter form into ball. Place in greased bowl, turning to grease top. Cover; place bowl over pan of warm water. Let stand 15 minutes. Roll out. Cut out and place in pan. Let rise. Bake at 425\u00b0 for 12 minutes.
