Cod Or Haddock Baked - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. cod or haddock fillet
1 (1 lb.) can tomatoes
3/4 c. chopped onions
1/2 c. chopped parsley
1/4 c. vinegar
1/4 c. olive oil
1 clove garlic, crushed
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation

Combine tomatoes, onion and parsley (set aside).
Combine vinegar, oil, garlic, pepper and salt (set aside).
In casserole, place a layer of tomato mixture, then layer of fish and the layer of oil mixture.
Repeat.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 minutes.
Serve with rice.
