Oven-Fried Chicken(Low-Fat) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    chicken breasts
    vegetable oil
    flour or bread crumbs
    pepper
    paprika
Preparation
    Remove skin from chicken and brush each piece with vegetable oil.
    Dredge lightly in flour or bread crumbs.
    Season with pepper and paprika.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
    Turn and bake an additional 10 to 25 minutes, until tender.
