Turkey Corn Chowder - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. sliced onions
1 c. chopped green pepper
1 c. sliced celery
2 c. leftover turkey, cubed
3 Tbsp. butter or margarine
2 c. tomato juice
1 c. turkey or chicken broth
2 cans (15 oz.) Chef Boyardee Roller Coasters
1 pkg.(10 oz.) frozen corn
1 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation
-
In a 6-quart saucepan, saute onions, pepper, celery slices and turkey in butter.
Add remaining ingredients.
Mix well; cover and simmer for 15 to 20 minutes.
Serves six to eight.
