Turkey Burgers(Low-Fat) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground turkey
    1/4 c. dried breadcrumbs
    2 Tbsp. finely chopped onions
    2 Tbsp. ketchup
    1/2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1/4 tsp. black ground pepper
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together in a bowl.
    Form into 4 ounce patties.
    Lay on a broiler pan and broil for 3 to 4 minutes per side, or grill until done.
    Makes 4 (4 ounce) patties.
