Chicken And Ham Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 chicken breasts, halved (about 3 lb.)
    1/4 c. (1/2 stick) butter or margarine
    1/4 c. all-purpose flour
    1 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
    2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can condensed chicken broth, undiluted
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 c. sliced mushrooms
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    3 slices baked ham (1/4-inch thick)
Preparation
    Wipe chicken breasts with damp cloth.
    In a large skillet, bring broth to boiling.
    Add chicken breasts; reduce heat and simmer, covered, 20 minutes or until tender.
    Remove chicken; reserve broth.
