Sweet Potato-Pork Chop Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 pork chops
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
4 medium sweet potatoes, sliced
1 medium onion, chopped
1 c. water
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation

Brown the pork chops in small amount of fat in a skillet. Place in a large casserole and sprinkle with half the salt and pepper.
Place sweet potatoes over chops and sprinkle with remaining salt and pepper.
