Stir-Fried Vegetables - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. low sodium soy sauce
    1 Tbsp. oyster sauce
    1 tsp. dry white wine
    1/2 Tbsp. sesame or vegetable oil
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    6 dried shiitake mushrooms
    1/2 c. hot water
    1 tsp. vegetable oil
    2/3 c. chopped green onions
    3 cloves garlic, minced
    1 large carrot, in julienne strips
    1 (8 oz.) can sliced water chestnuts, drained
    1/2 lb. fresh snow peas, trimmed
Preparation
    Combine soy sauce, oyster sauce, white wine, sesame oil and pepper.
    Mix well and set aside.
    Combine mushrooms and hot water in a small bowl; let stand 15 minutes.
    Drain.
    Remove and discard stems.
    Thinly slice caps.
    Set aside.
