Ingredients

2 sticks unsalted oleo
1 c. granulated sugar
2 eggs
1/2 tsp. cream of tartar
1 c. vegetable oil
1 c. powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
4 c. plus 1 to 2 Tbsp. self-rising flour
Preparation

Cream together oleo, shortening and sugars. Add eggs; beat well. Add flour, cream of tartar and vanilla. Mix well. Drop by 1/2 teaspoons on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake in 350\u00b0 oven until brown.
