Dot'S Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2/3 c. honey
    1/2 c. lemon juice
    2 Tbsp. prepared Dijon mustard
    1 1/2 tsp. curry powder
    1 tsp. ground dry ginger
    3 oranges (unpeeled), washed
Preparation
    Set oven at 375\u00b0.
    Spray casserole with nonstick vegetable spray.
    Arrange chicken in baking pan.
    Slice oranges, then cut into half moons; do not peel.
    Tuck orange slices around the chicken; save some for garnish.
    Stir together honey, lemon juice, mustard, curry and ginger.
    Pour about half the mixture over the chicken.
    Bake chicken at 375\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
