Kraut Salad Relish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 oz.) can chopped kraut, drained
    4 Tbsp. vinegar
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/3 c. chopped celery
    1/2 small green pepper, chopped
    2 oz. jar pimento, drained and chopped
    1/2 c. chopped sweet onion
Preparation
    Toss ingredients and cover.
    Chill 4 to 12 hours.
    Toss again and drain before serving with entree of your choice.
    Good with outdoor barbecue.
    Will keep well in refrigerator.
