Canadian Cheese Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. frozen hash browns
    1 c. chopped onion
    4 c. water
    2 c. chopped celery
    4 chicken bouillon cubes
    1 bag California Blend frozen vegetables
    1 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed
    2 cans cream of chicken soup, undiluted
    1 c. milk
    crumbled bacon (if desired)
Preparation
    Cook the first 6 ingredients until tender (about 30 minutes). Add the cheese.
    Stir until melted.
    Add the soup. Return to the heat 5 to 10 minutes on low. Stir in the milk.
    If desired, garnish with crumbled bacon.
