Cheddar Cheese Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 chicken bouillon cubes
    1 qt. water
    1 c. chopped onion
    2 1/2 c. finely cubed potatoes
    1/2 bag frozen broccoli and cauliflower
    2 cans cream of celery soup
    1 lb. cubed Velveeta
Preparation
    Cook 30 minutes the first 5 ingredients.
    Add cans of cream of celery soup (undiluted) and Velveeta cheese.
    Cook until cheese is melted.
