Buttermilk Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. sugar
    1/2 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    6 whole eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. buttermilk
    2 sticks melted margarine
    1 tsp. butter extract
Preparation
    Mix sugar, flour and salt.
    Add eggs and vanilla.
    Stir enough to just mix and stir until blended.
    Do not overbeat.
    Stir in buttermilk.
    Then stir in melted margarine and butter extract. Pour in 3 unbaked 9-inch pie shells and bake 40 to 60 minutes at 350\u00b0.
