Fettucini Carbonara - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. bacon
    1 box fettucini
    1/2 c. butter (room temperature)
    1 c. heavy cream (room temperature)
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
    2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    6 oz. Monterey Jack cheese
Preparation
    Cook bacon well and crumble.
    Cook fettucini and place in warm serving dish.
    Add all remaining ingredients and toss until all fettucini is coated.
