Quick Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    1 small onion
    1 (10 1/4 oz.) can broccoli cheese soup
    1/3 c. milk
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    4 medium potatoes, cooked and sliced
Preparation
    Over medium heat in hot margarine, cook onion until tender. Don't let skillet overheat.
    Stir in soup, milk and pepper; heat to boiling.
    Add potatoes.
    Reduce heat to low.
    Cover; simmer for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
