White Trash Carrots - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. sliced carrots
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 (2-inch) wedge Velveeta cheese
    2 handfuls Ruffles potato chips, crumbled
    1/4 c. milk
Preparation
    Steam or boil carrots and onion in a medium saucepan until tender.
    Remove excess water.
    Add milk and Velveeta cheese over a low heat until cheese is thoroughly melted.
    Stir in crumbled potato chips and serve.
