Gremoleta Brushchetta - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 slices (1/2-inch) from 8 oz. loaf Italian bread
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    2 tsp. grated lemon peel
    1 large clove garlic, crushed
    1/4 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
Preparation
    In small bowl combine last four ingredients.
    Stir well to mix.
    Spread mixture over bread slices; arrange slices in single layer on cookie sheet.
    Heat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Bake about 15 minutes or until bread is golden brown.
