Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium potatoes
    10 oz. Colby or Cheddar cheese
    green onions (3 to 5)
    1 pt. sour cream
    3 Tbsp. milk
    1/2 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    bread crumbs
    1/2 stick butter
Preparation
    Boil potatoes with skins on and let cool.
    Peel skins and grate potatoes in large bowl.
    Grate cheese and add all ingredients except bread crumbs and butter.
    Mix well.
    Spread mixture in buttered 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
    Sprinkle bread crumbs on top of mixture.
    Melt butter and pour over bread crumbs. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 minutes, uncovered.
