Vicki'S Everything But The Kitchen Sink Chicken And Broccoli - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 to 3 c. stewed chicken
    1 1/2 c. cooked rice
    2 to 3 c. cooked broccoli
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1 Tbsp. celery flakes
    1/2 c. water
    1 c. sliced water chestnuts
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 Tbsp. curry powder
    1 Tbsp. onion powder
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 1/2 c. Chinese egg noodles
    sliced almonds (optional)
    sliced mushrooms (optional)
Preparation
    Grease casserole dish and place cooked rice, chicken and broccoli mixture in it.
    Combine remaining ingredients (except for noodles) and pour over other mixture.
    Stir well to blend ingredients.
    Cover with egg noodles.
    Cook at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes or until brown.
