Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. raw zucchini
1 1/2 c. cracker crumbs
1/2 c. melted oleo
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Mix the sliced zucchini, salt, milk, onion and milk.
Sprinkle salt, pepper and cracker crumbs on top, then add oleo and grated cheese.
Pour in 2-quart casserole.
Bake at 300\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes in uncovered casserole.
