Fruit Pizza - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 pkgs. sugar cookie dough
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese, softened
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 large cans pineapple tidbits, drained
2 sm. cans mandarin oranges, drained
1 qt. strawberries, sliced
2 lg. bananas, sliced
6 Tbsp. cornstarch
2 c. sugar
2 c. boiling water
4 Tbsp. strawberry jello
4 tsp. butter

Preparation

Slice dough, place on a jelly roll pan, bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
Blend the next 3 ingredients and spread on cooled cookies. Top cream cheese with the fruit.
Combine cornstarch and sugar.
Add water slowly and cook till thick.
Add dry jello and butter. Cool slightly and spread over fruit.
