Potato Sticks - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. potatoes
    butter, melted
    1/2 c. dry bread crumbs
    1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
Preparation
    Wash potatoes.
    Cut lengthwise into quarters, then each quarter into thirds.
    Brush potatoes with butter, melted.
    Roll and coat them in a mixture of bread crumbs, cheese, salt and garlic powder.
    On a baking sheet, spread out potatoes in a single layer and bake in a preheated 400\u00b0 oven for about 30 minutes until tender inside and crispy brown outside.
