Sour Cream Dessert - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. Jell-O gelatin (any fruit flavor)
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. boiling water
    1 c. light cream
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Dissolve Jell-O, sugar and salt in boiling water.
    Stir in light cream and vanilla (mixture may look curdled but will become smooth).
    Stir in sour cream.
    Chill until slightly thickened. Beat until smooth.
    Pour into 3 or 4-cup ring mold.
    Chill until firm.
    Unmold.
