Angel Food Candy Fairy Food - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. brown sugar
    2 c. corn syrup (light)
    3 Tbsp. baking soda
Preparation
    In a heavy saucepan, bring to 290\u00b0 (crack) the brown sugar and corn syrup.
    Add baking soda.
    Stir and while foaming, pour onto a buttered 15 x 18-inch cookie sheet.
    You have to work fast.
    Cool until bottom of pan is cold.
    Turn pan over on waxed paper; bang pan until loose.
    Break in pieces with knife point.
    Dip each piece into melted chocolate.
    Place on wax paper to dry.
