Indian Fry Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. sifted flour
    4 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Mix ingredients with tap water to form a stiff dough.
    Place in covered bowl and allow to set 4 to 5 hours.
    Pinch off small pieces of dough and pat into 5-inch circles.
    Fry in deep, hot fat until golden brown.
    Serve hot with butter and honey or meat and vegetables.
