Hamburger-Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 1/2 c. water
    1 c. rice
    1 tsp. salt
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 tsp. fat
    1 1/2 c. chopped celery
    1 c. chopped onion
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1/4 c. soy sauce
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms, drained
    1 (10 1/2 oz.) can chicken rice soup
Preparation
    Bring water to boil in saucepan. Add rice and salt, then remove from heat and set aside. Brown ground beef in hot fat. Add celery and onion; cook 5 minutes. Add butter, soy sauce, brown sugar, mushrooms and soup. Add pan of rice and water. Mix thoroughly. Pour into buttered 3-quart baking dish. Cover and bake in preheated 350\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes. Uncover and bake for 30 minutes more.
