Lena'S Uncooked Relish - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 heads cabbage
8 carrots
8 onions
3 red peppers
12 green peppers
1/2 c. salt
celery seed to taste
3 pt. vinegar
6 c. sugar
1 tsp. mustard seed
Preparation
-
Grind vegetables and cover with water and salt.
Let stand 2 hours; drain.
Add celery seed to taste.
Pour vinegar, sugar and mustard seed over the mixture.
Pack in jars cold.
