Sand Bakklse - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    7/8 c. butter (nearly 1 c.)
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 small egg white, unbeaten
Preparation
    Mix all together and add 1 3/4 cups sifted flour.
    Chill dough and press into sandbakklse tins as thin as possible.
    Place on ungreased baking sheet and bake at 350\u00b0 until delicately browned, 12 to 15 minutes.
    Tap molds on table to loosen.
