Pasta Plentiful Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/3 c. tarragon wine vinegar
2 Tbsp. water
2 Tbsp. cooking oil
1 tsp. basil
1 tsp. oregano
3/4 tsp. garlic salt
6 oz. wheel-shaped pasta, cooked and drained
6 hard-boiled eggs
1 c. chopped broccoli
3/4 c. chopped tomatoes
1/2 c. shredded carrots
fresh spinach leaves (optional)
Preparation

In large bowl, combine vinegar, water, oil and seasonings. Add remaining ingredients, except spinach leaves.
Lightly toss until evenly coated with dressing.
Cover and chill to blend flavors.
Garnish with spinach leaves, if desired.
