Kitchen Summer Sausage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. ground beef
    5 level Tbsp. Morton Tender Quick salt
    2 1/2 tsp. mustard seed
    1 tsp. pepper
    2 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
    1 tsp. hickory smoke salt
    1 tsp. peppercorns
Preparation
    Mix well.
    Cover and refrigerate.
    Knead once a day for 3 days.
    On the fourth day, make 3 rolls, 2 1/2 x 6-inches.
    Bake at 170\u00b0 for 11 hours, uncovered.
