Herbed Potato Wedges - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. potatoes
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1/4 tsp. dried basil, oregano or crushed tarragon
    1/4 tsp. onion or garlic salt
Preparation
    Scrub potatoes, then cut into 8 wedges.
    Using an 8 x 8 x 2-inch baking dish, melt the butter in microwave, using full power 45 to 60 seconds.
    Stir in herbs and salt to taste.
    Add potatoes, coat with mixture.
    Cover with plastic wrap.
    Cook on High 8 to 10 minutes or until tender.
    Season to taste.
