Gone-All-Day Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can tomato soup
    1 c. water
    1/2 c. flour
    2 lb. beef chuck, cubed
    3 to 4 medium carrots, cut in 1-inch slices
    4 to 5 onions, quartered
    4 to 5 medium potatoes, in 2-inch cubes
    1 c. celery, in 1-inch chunks
    1 small can mushrooms (optional)
    2 to 3 beef bouillon cubes
    1 Tbsp. Italian seasoning or 1 tsp. each oregano, thyme and rosemary
    1 bay leaf
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Mix together tomato soup, water and flour until smooth.
    Add remaining ingredients and cook in slow cooker for 4 to 5 hours. (Can also be cooked in covered roasting pan at 275\u00b0 for 4 to 5 hours.)
    Makes 8 large servings.
