Pineapple Sweet Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cups raw shredded sweet potatoes
    1 cup crushed pineapple (drained)
    3 eggs
    1 cup milk
    2 tsp. flour
    1 1/2 cups sugar
    4 tsp. margarine
Preparation
    Cream together margarine, sugar and eggs.
    Add flour, pineapple. milk and sweet potatoes.
    Pour batter into baking dish and bake for 50 minutes at 375 degrees or lower.
    Makes 2 quarts or 6-8 servings.
