Dutch Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    small red potatoes
    1 large onion
    3 or 4 red peppers
    celery
    sour cream
    mayonnaise
    salt and pepper
    hard-boiled eggs
Preparation
    Boil small red potatoes until tender.
    Do not remove skins. Let cool, then cut them into smaller pieces, maybe halves or quarters.
    Cut up onion, red peppers and celery.
    Make mix of sour cream and mayonnaise; add salt and pepper to taste.
    Mix all ingredients, then cut up hard-boiled eggs and mix gently into potato salad.
    Then enjoy.
