Mexican Lasagne - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lbs. ground beef
    1 sm. can mushrooms
    2 chopped onions
    1 sm. can green olives
    2 cans (6 oz.) tomato paste
    1 can Rotel Tomatoes
    16 oz. cottage cheese
    2 (8 oz.) pkgs. Mexican cheese
    1 pkg. taco seasoning
    8 or 9 lasagne noodles (cooked)
Preparation
    Brown meat, onions and drain. Add seasoning, olives, mushrooms, tomato paste, & Rotels - simmer (15 mins.). Add cottage cheese, 1 pkg. Mexican cheese. Spray Pam in a 13 x 9 in. pan. Place noodles, meat, cheese. Repeat.
