Yum Yum Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large can pineapple
    3/4 c. water
    1 pkg. orange jello
    1 container Cool Whip
    1 c. Cheddar cheese
    1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Combine and bring pineapple and water to a boil.
    Add jello and stir until dissolved.
    Add 2 cups water and fold in Cool Whip. Add Cheddar cheese (grated).
    Add chopped pecans. Let sit in refrigerator until firm.
    This is a very good salad.
