Savory Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. uncooked white rice
2 (10 oz.) cans cream of mushroom soup
2 soup cans water
1 pkg. onion soup mix (serves 4)
1 1/2 lb. chicken legs and thighs
salt, pepper and paprika as desired
Preparation

Spread rice evenly in a greased 4-quart baking dish.
Pour undiluted soup over rice and add water.
Sprinkle onion soup mix over rice mixture.
Lay chicken, skin side up, on top.
Sprinkle salt, pepper and paprika lightly on top.
Cover with lid or foil. Bake at 225\u00b0 for approximately 2 1/3 to 3 hours or until rice and chicken are cooked to your preference.
