Oven Caramel Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 c. popped corn
    1 c. brown sugar
    1/2 c. butter
    1/4 c. light corn syrup
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
Preparation
    Heat oven to 200\u00b0.
    Divide popcorn between 2 ungreased baking pans (13 x 9 x 2-inch).
    In saucepan, heat sugar, butter, corn syrup and salt.
    Stir occasionally until bubbly around edges. Continue cooking over medium heat for 5 minutes.
    Remove from heat; stir in soda until foamy.
    Pour over popped corn, stirring until corn is well coated.
    Bake 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes.
    Makes about 15 cups.
