Calico Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. fresh cauliflower
    1/4 c. green pepper, diced
    1/4 c. celery, chopped
    1/4 c. carrots, grated
    1 small onion, sliced
    1/2 c. vegetable oil
    2 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
    1 tsp. sugar
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Combine cauliflower, green pepper, celery, carrots and onions in a large bowl.
    Mix together remaining ingredients.
    Toss mixture with vegetables.
    Chill at least 2 hours.
