Broccoli Rice Casserole I - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. celery, chopped
    1 c. onions, chopped
    1/2 stick margarine
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1 c. Minute rice
    1 egg
    1 c. Velveeta cheese
    2 pkg. frozen broccoli, chopped
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in a casserole except broccoli. Put in oven on low heat until butter and cheese have melted and can be blended with other ingredients. Slightly thaw broccoli; leave enough ice in it for moisture. Mix broccoli gently into mixture. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
