Mom'S Meat Loaf - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 eggs
3/4 c. milk
2/3 c. finely crushed saltines
1/2 c. onions
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. rubbed sage
dash of pepper
1 1/2 lb. lean ground beef
1 c. ketchup
1/2 c. packed brown sugar
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation

In large bowl, beat eggs. Add milk, saltines, onion, salt, sage and pepper. Add beef and mix well. Shape into an 8 1/2 x 4 1/2-inch loaf in an ungreased shallow baking pan. Combine remaining ingredients. Spread 3/4 cup of this over meat loaf. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 60 to 65 minutes until no pink remains. Drain. Let stand 10 minutes before slicing. Serve with remaining sauce. Makes 6 to 8 servings.
