Chow Mein - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. bean sprouts
    3/4 c. sliced onions
    1 1/2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    3/4 c. sliced celery
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1/2 lb. pork
    1 tsp. sugar
    3 Tbsp. oil
    1/4 c. water
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Cook celery and onions in 2 tablespoons hot oil for 5 minutes. Add salt, bean sprouts and cook, covered, 5 minutes.
    Place on platter.
    Fry pork in remaining oil until cooked.
