Chicken Or Beef Borscht - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 chicken
    1 head cabbage
    about 1 c. celery
    2 carrots
    1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    1 medium onion
    1 bay leaf
    3 potatoes
    1 can cream of tomato soup
    1 can evaporated milk
    dill (optional)
Preparation
    Cook chicken until done.
    Cut into cubes to be added later. Cook vegetables until done, then add the cooked chicken.
    Mix 1 can cream of tomato soup with 1 can of evaporated milk.
    Add this to the soup just before serving.
