Broccoli Quiche(For Nonfat Diets) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    15 oz. low-fat Ricotta cheese
    2 boxes frozen chopped broccoli
    2 eggs or 3 egg whites
    onions
    garlic
    pepper and herbs to taste
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together.
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Spray quiche dish with Pam or canola oil cooking spray.
    Bake for 45 minutes.
