Garlic Shrimp And Pasta - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 can clear chicken broth
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 1/2 lb. medium shrimp, uncooked, shelled and deveined
    4 cloves garlic, minced
    1/8 tsp. ground red pepper
    3 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
    3 Tbsp. lemon juice
    5 c. hot cooked angel hair or very thin pasta
Preparation
    Mix cornstarch and broth, set aside.
    In a skillet or medium-high heat, heat oil.
    Cook shrimp, garlic and pepper until shrimp turns pink, stirring often.
    Set aside.
    Add parsley and lemon juice.
    Stir in cornstarch mixture and add.
    Cook mixture to a boil and thicken, stirring often.
    Return to shrimp pan.
    Heat through.
    Toss with pasta.
    Serves 6.
