Orange Cinnamon Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 5 c. flour
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. grated orange peel
    2 pkg. dry yeast
    3/4 c. milk
    1/4 c. water
    1/2 c. orange juice
    1/2 c. butter
    1 egg
    1/4 c. melted butter
    3/4 c. sugar
    1/4 c. cinnamon
Preparation
    Using a large bowl, mix 1 1/2 cups flour, 1/2 cup sugar, salt, orange peel and undissolved yeast.
    Combine milk, water, orange juice and 1/2 cup butter; heat until warm.
    Gradually add to dry mixture.
    Beat for 2 minutes at medium speed.
    Add egg and 1/2 cup flour to make thick batter; beat 2 minutes on high.
    Stir in enough additional flour to make soft dough.
    Turn out on pastry cloth; knead until smooth.
    Put in greased bowl, turning to grease top.
    Cover with towel; let rise until double.
