Ground Beef Quiches - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 lb. ground beef
    1/8 tsp. garlic powder
    1/8 tsp. black pepper
    1 c. biscuit mix
    1/4 c. cornmeal
    1/4 c. cold butter
    2 to 3 Tbsp. boiling water
    1 egg
    1/2 c. half and half
    1 Tbsp. green onion
    1 Tbsp. sweet red pepper
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
    1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Cook beef, garlic powder and black pepper until beef is done; drain and set aside. Combine biscuit mix and cornmeal in a bowl. Cut in butter. Add enough water to form a soft dough. Press onto bottom and sides of miniature muffin pans. Place a teaspoon of beef mixture into each shell.
