Grilled Stuffed Tomatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 large ripe beefsteak tomatoes
    1 c. Creamed Spinach (look for my spinach recipe)
    1 1/2 c. seasoned bread crumbs
    6 Tbsp. melted unsalted butter
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    pinch of salt and pepper
Preparation
    Preheat the broiler. Cut each tomato into 4 slices (discard cores). Arrange slices on a baking sheet.
